Though the capacity to love is inherent, it may be stifled or even be extinguished,  supplanted by fear. There is no fear that is innate; all fear is learned.

To restore love, one has to  deny fear, to unlearn it, to refuse to grant it supremacy in one’s mind. With fear comes intolerance, prejudice and hate. As fear, as a delusion of the mind, is unreal, its associated disillusionments are but contrivances.

Love is an essential reality, an abiding and sustaining fundamental, a universal principle. Refuse to fear. Repossess the love with which by your very birth you were endowed.
